Úri utca 17. (No. 17 Úri Street)

Two-storey building, one of the trade houses of the medieval marketplace. On the ground floor there are segmental arched windows (goods were sold through these), while the narrow windows with iron bars lit the storehouses. The mural painting of the street facade - imitating ashlar work - originates from the Middle Ages, as does the consoles at first floor level, which once held a balcony. The gateway opening from Balta Lane and the vaults of the ground floor rooms were built during the 18th century.
